Water Aerobics

Water Aerobics class is an exercise class that is offered in the pool two times a week with with two class sessions per day. Each class session lasts an hour in length. In this class we incorporate: stretching, toning, and aerobic exercise with the use of weights, noodles, and boards. It is very beneficial for all ages and abilities. This class is also a great way to lose weight, tone, and socialize, without the impact of regular aerobics. Come join the fun and improve your health!
